Get Hall of Fame Teams:
Finish the in-game Fantasy Challenge. To get these teams, you must finish them in Supreme League mode.
Get Performance Institute Exploit:
On Sunday, game day, go into the Performance Institute and finish the exercise. After exiting, go over to your team's schedule; next, go back out to the city map, and the Performance Institute exercise will be visible again for you to use.
